In bridges having high pier heights, this system is suitable for construction of bridge girders installed on pier upper elevation. Any scaffolding can not be used with this system. Form is assemled under the pier elevation firstly and then it is climbed to upper elevation with the help of a hydraulic equipment. Form is placed in to its support points on pier upper elevation and concrete is casted. After completing the casting concrete and concrete setting time, form is lowered to pier under elevation with the help of hydraulic system again. PRESTRESSED SYSTEM AND ITS FORMS

This is used for construction of bridge girders, blanked slab, apertured viaduct girders. Ropes are installed into the concrete to stretss and release with the desired torques. In these hydraulic systems, prestressed equipments are supplied from German company, PAUL, and the related equipment and forms are produced in Birlesik Machinery.
