CLIMBING FORMWORKS

A) CLIMBING FORMWORKS WITH LARGE SURFACED CRANE

Concrate can be casted over 3 – 4 m heights with this system. Form is assembled on asupprt scaffold. Before the form is lowered, it is climbed with is scaffold. The reduces the labour cost, increases the rate and quality of concrete casting.

B) HYDRAULICALLY CLIMBING FORMWORKS

Generally, it is used in construction of cooling towers and shaped surface with the help of hydraulic pistons.

C) HYDRAULICALLY SLIDING FORMWORKS

Generally, it is used for viaduct piers, stacks, silos etc…Smooth surface of cocrete are obtained with continuous climbing of the forms. İn this formwork system, hydraulic piston climbing continuously with 2,5 mm strokes. İt can work 24 hours with continuous concrete casting..
